Deliveries & Returns

1. You can collect Your item/s from our workshop in London for FREE. Please contact us to arrange a visit as we are opened by appointment.

Please do not forget to bring in your receipt/invoice or we would not be able to release the goods!
2. We aim to dispatch all ready made items as soon as we receive the payment, however, because we run both - an on line shop and atelier, it may not always be possible to achieve that due to pre-planned schedules and obligations. Therefore we specify a grace period of 1-3 working days to get Your order on its way. You can rest assured we will aim to send Your order as soon as possible, without intentional delay so you can enjoy Your purchase. We will always keep you informed on the status of your delivery.

3. Our delivery service is provided by various companies, depending on the size and type of the item and the value of the order. We do that to make sure we use the best combination of speed, safety and value available for each individual purchase.

Ready made items delivery charges are as follow:
- purchases up to £50 - £10 per delivery
- purchases from £50-£100 - £12 per delivery
- purchases over £100 - FREE delivery
4. Bespoke items delivery charge will be calculated upon quotation.
5. We currently ship only to inland UK via our automated system. However, should you wish or need to have your items shipped elsewhere (i.e. abroad) please let us know and we will be happy to provide an individual quote.

Returns and cancellations

1. Our "Returns and cancellations policy" is regulated by Sales of Goods Act 1979, Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

None of our Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

2. No returns will be accepted on the following items:

- bespoke items,

- items bought as gifts,

- items with obvious signs of use, tear and wear or damaged,

3. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods and services that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
